Robert A. Anderson
Robert A. "Bob" Anderson (January 16, 1932 – October 25, 2006) was an American businessman and politician. Anderson was born in Wadena, Minnesota, and graduated from St. Thomas Academy. He received his bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Miami. Anderson served in the United States Army during the Korean War and was commissioned a corporal. He was a small business owner and manager. Anderson lived in Ottertail, Minnesota with his wife and family. He served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1977 to 1996 and was a Republican. Wadena, Minnesota
Wadena ( ) is a city in Otter Tail and Wadena counties in the State of Minnesota. It is about one hundred sixty miles northwest of the Minneapolis – Saint Paul metro area. The population was 4,325 at the 2020 census. It is the county seat of Wadena County. Wadena is a agricultural community and serves as a region hub for the Tri county area. Wadena is located at the crossroads of Highway 10 and Highway 71. There is many small businesses in town with several large businesses in town. Otter Tail Lake
Otter Tail Lake is a lake in the west-central part of the U.S. state of Minnesota and is the largest lake in Otter Tail County. Geography Adjoining the city of Ottertail, it is a part of the Otter Tail River chain of lakes. Upstream from the lake are Big Pine, Little Pine and Rush lakes, while downstream are East Lost, West Lost and Deer lakes. Lake Blanche (Minnesota) also flows into Otter Tail Lake. The maximum depth is , but 57% of the lake is deep or less. The shore of the lake and at least the shallower areas are composed of sand and gravel. The water clarity is , which is considered good. A prominent feature of Otter Tail is the "point" which essentially divides the lake into eastern and western halves. Otter Tail lake is ringed with a tall, mostly deciduous tree line.
