Robbie Allen (musician)
Robbie Allen, also known as Rob Rule, is an American bassist and guitarist from Seal Beach, California. He has played with Tender Fury, The Vandals, One Hit Wonder, Candlebox, and as a live member of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Career Allen grew up in Seal Beach, California. He began playing in bands in the 1980s as a member of Jack Grisham's Cathedral of Tears. He also played bass for Grisham in Tender Fury, before fronting his own band Gypsy Trash. Following this, he played bass for The Vandals on their 1989 album '' Slippery When Ill''. In 1992 he sang backing vocals on Rikk Agnew's solo album ''Turtle''. He also recorded with Rat Scabies on a project that was never released, before forming the band One Hit Wonder. Allen left One Hit Wonder in 1993 to record an album "She Gets Too High" for Mercury Records under the moniker "Rob Rule". Seal Beach
Seal Beach is a coastal city in Orange County, California, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population was 25,242, up from 24,168 at the 2010 census. Seal Beach is located in the westernmost corner of Orange County. To the northwest, just across the border with Los Angeles County, lies the city of Long Beach and the adjacent San Pedro Bay. To the southeast are Huntington Harbour, a neighborhood of Huntington Beach, and Sunset Beach, also part of Huntington Beach. Project

Mike Watt
Michael David Watt (born December 20, 1957) is an American bassist, vocalist and songwriter. Watt co-founded and played bass guitar for the rock bands Minutemen (1980–1985), Dos (1985–present), and Firehose (1986–1994). He began a solo career with the 1994 album ''Ball-Hog or Tugboat?'', he has since released three additional solo albums, most recently in 2010 with ''Hyphenated-man''. He is also the frontman for the supergroup Big Walnuts Yonder (2008–present), a member of the art rock group Banyan (1997–present) and is involved with several other musical projects. Eric Wilson (bassist)
Eric John Wilson (born February 21, 1970) is an American musician who is best known as the former bassist for Sublime (1988–1996). He was also bassist for Long Beach Dub Allstars (1997–2002), and Long Beach Shortbus, which was composed of several members of Long Beach Dub Allstars and Sublime. Since 2009, Wilson has been the bassist for Sublime with Rome, a musical collaboration between Wilson and singer and guitarist Rome Ramirez. Musical career Sublime Wilson and Bradley Nowell met in 1979 and later started a punk band called Hogan's Heroes, later changing their name to Sloppy Seconds (not to be confused with the Indiana hardcore punk band of the same name). Sublime (band)
Sublime was an American reggae rock and ska punk band from Long Beach, California, formed in 1988. The band's line-up, consistent throughout its duration, consisted of Bradley Nowell (vocals and guitar), Eric Wilson (bass), and Bud Gaugh (drums). Lou Dog, Nowell's dalmatian, was the mascot of the band. Nowell died of a heroin overdose in 1996, resulting in the band's breakup. Kevin Martin (American Musician)
Kevin Martin (born April 9, 1969) is an American singer who is best known as lead vocalist of the rock band Candlebox. He also provides lead vocals for the bands The Gracious Few and The Hiwatts. Career Martin was born in Elgin, Illinois. His father worked for a salt company and the family moved to San Antonio, Texas when he was 10. They subsequently moved to Mercer Island, Washington near Seattle when Martin was 15. He and drummer Scott Mercado set out to start a band in 1990. Candlebox was formed in 1991 after guitarist Peter Klett and bassist Bardi Martin joined them. They gained a ''Billboard'' 200 top 10 hit in 1993 with their self-titled debut album, released by Maverick Records. The album's success was largely due to the single " Far Behind", a song written about two of Martin's friends who suffered heroin overdoses, including Andrew Wood of Malfunkshun and Mother Love Bone. Happy Pills
''Happy Pills'' is the third studio album by Seattle rock band, Candlebox. It features former Pearl Jam drummer Dave Krusen who replaced Scott Mercado in 1997. ''Happy Pills'' did not gain the success of its predecessors and would be the last Candlebox album before their hiatus in 2000. It would also be the final Candlebox album recorded for Maverick. Four of the album's tracks would be included on ''The Best of Candlebox'' in 2006. The album was produced by Ron Nevison and Candlebox. Background and recording The band had asked their fans to submit concept cover art for their upcoming album. They originally promised the gold press CD for the 1st-place winner but after having trouble obtaining it, awarded a personalized platinum plaque. Joykiller
The Joykiller was an American punk rock supergroup from Huntington Beach, California, United States. The Joykiller were formed in 1995 by Jack Grisham of T.S.O.L., Billy Persons (The Weirdos/Gun Club) and Ronnie King. After the formation of the band Jack recruited his ex-T.S.O.L. bandmate Ron Emory on guitar and added Chris Lagerborg on drums. This original line-up recorded one album on Epitaph Records, '' The Joykiller'', before Emory was replaced in 1996. The next line-up saw the addition of songwriter Sean Greaves on guitar. They recorded two albums on the Epitaph label, ''Static'' and ''Three'', and toured the U.S., Canada, and Europe. The Joykiller released their fifth record, ''Music for Break-Ups'', in January 2015.
