Michael Ringier
Michael Ringier (born 30 March 1949) is a Swiss Publishing, publisher. He is the Chairman of Swiss media company Ringier. Life Born in Zofingen, his parents are Hans and Eva Ringier (born Landolt). Ringier attended the University of St. Gallen from 1970 to 1972. In 1973, he began to work as a journalist for the Münchner Abendzeitung. After attending courses at a journalism school and editorial stations in his family's media company, Ringier completed a trainee program at Bauer Media Group, Heinrich Bauer Verlag in Hamburg in 1976/77. He then worked for the business editorial staff of the Stern (magazine), Stern and conceived (also for Gruner + Jahr) the Impulse (German magazine), magazin impulse. Marc Walder (born 19 August 1965) is a Swiss journalist, media executive and former professional tennis player. He is CEO and Managing Partner of Ringier and Chairman of the Group Executive Board. Life Walder was a professional tennis player on the ATP Tour from 1984 to 1991. His best ranking in Switzerland was 7, while his top results in the ATP world rankings were 170 (doubles) and 575 (singles), respectively. Zofingen
Zofingen (french: Zofingue) is a city in the canton of Aargau in Switzerland. It is the capital of the district of Zofingen. Zofingen is a walled city and home of an ancient monastic settlement. History In ancient times Zofingen was a settlement of the Celtic Helvetii. In later times the Romans built a manor. Gerhard Fritz Kurt "Gerd" Schröder (; born 7 April 1944) is a German lobbyist and former politician, who served as the chancellor of Germany from 1998 to 2005.
