Riky Widianto (born 28 December 1991) is an Indonesian badminton player who specializes in doubles play. Career Widianto career as a badminton player began in 2005 when Singapore Badminton Association (SBA) invited him to join the Singapore National Badminton Team while he was a member of Wima badminton club in Surabaya, Indonesia. He played in the open tournament under the Singapore flag although he was not a Singapore citizen. In 2009, he resigned from the national team and returned to Indonesia after he rejected an SBA proposal that he take citizenship, to be eligible to participate in the upcoming Southeast Asian Games, or return. Widianto and his family felt he was too young to change citizenship at age 17, and SBA did not wish to wait two years so that he could avoid the country's mandatory National service. Goh Liu Ying (born 30 May 1989) is a Malaysian badminton player. She has been consistently ranked among the top 10 mixed doubles player in the world with her partner, Chan Peng Soon. Liliyana Natsir (born 9 September 1985) is an Indonesian former badminton player who specialized in doubles. She is one of the standout front court player, with dexterousness and skill in controlling and executing the shuttlecock. Natsir has tremendous record over more than two decade by winning a gold and a silver from the Olympic Games, and four gold medals at the BWF World Championships. Her achievements are recognized worldwide, and was inducted in the BWF Hall of Fame in 2022. Natsir was ranked world number 1 in the mixed doubles with two different partner. Tontowi Ahmad (born 18 July 1987) is a retired Indonesian badminton player. He plays for PB. Djarum, a badminton club in Kudus, Central Java and joined the club in 2005. Tontowi Ahmad rose to prominence in the world badminton in 2010 when he paired with the established mixed doubles star Liliyana Natsir. The Singapore Open is a badminton event that has been held in Singapore annually since 1929. Badminton World Federation categorized Singapore Open as one of the seven BWF World Tour Super 500 events in the BWF events structure since 2018. In 2023, the tournament will be upgraded to a Super 750 event. In 1929, the Singapore Badminton Association (SBA) was established to promote the sport and organise competitions. BWF Superseries
The BWF Super Series was a series of Grade 2 badminton tournaments, sanctioned by Badminton World Federation (BWF). It was launched on December 14, 2006 and implemented in 2007. Since 2011, the Super Series includes two levels of tournament, Super Series Premier and Super Series. A season of Super Series featured twelve tournaments around the world, including five of them classified as Super Series Premier. Super Series Premier tournament offers higher ranking point and higher minimum total prize money. Top eight players/pairs in each discipline in Super Series standings are invited to the Super Series Finals held at the year end. Lee Sheng-mu (; born 3 October 1986) is a Taiwanese badminton player from the Taiwan Cooperative Bank club. He competed at the 2010 and 2014 Asian Games, and the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. Career Lee Sheng-mu's elite career began in the 2009 badminton season when he reached the semifinals of the 2009 Korea Open Super Series in the men's doubles with Fang Chieh-min.
