Joojo Rocky Obeng (born 1981) is a Ghanaian politician, financial analyst, chief executive officer of the International Settlement Consortium who has served as the regional minister of Western North Region since 11 March 2021. Education He graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree in Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. Prior to obtaining the Bcom Hons – Finance, he had studied Economics and Statistics at the University of Ghana, Legon for three years after which he transferred to the University of Witwatersrand. Sekondi-Takoradi is a city in Ghana comprising the twin cities of Sekondi and Takoradi. It is the capital of Sekondi – Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly and the Western Region of Ghana. The National Youth Authority (NYA) was established in 1974 by NRDC 241.
