Ricardo Vieira Coutinho (born November 18, 1960, in João Pessoa) is a Brazilian politician who served as the 50th governor of the Brazilian state of Paraíba from 2011 until 2019. Previously, he was the mayor of João Pessoa from 2005 to 2010. Lígia Feliciano
Ana Lígia Costa Feliciano (born 21 April 1957) is a Brazilian doctor, businesswoman, and politician who served as the vice-governor of Paraíba from 2015 to 2023. She served as vice-governor under governors Ricardo Coutinho and João Azevêdo. She is currently affiliated with the Democratic Labour Party (PDT). Her husband is fellow doctor, businessman, radio personality, and federal deputy Damião Feliciano. Biography Feliciano is the daughter of José Amaro da Costa and Maria do Carmo Costa, both merchants. She attended an all-girls' school, and later graduated with a degree in medicine from the former Campina Grande campus of the Federal University of Paraíba, now the Federal University of Campina Grande. José Maranhão
José Targino Maranhão (6 September 1933 – 8 February 2021) was a Brazilian politician who served as governor and senator of Paraíba. He was the son of Benjamim Gomes Maranhão, ex-mayor of Araruna, Paraíba and Dona Benedita Targino Maranhão (Dona YaYá). Allied with PMDB, he was state representative, federal representative, senator, vice governor and governor of the state of Paraíba three times. He died of COVID-19 during the COVID-19 pandemic in Brazil.
