''Return of Mr. Superman'' is a 1960 Indian film directed by Manmohan Sabir. It is an unauthorized retelling of the origins of Superman. Plot Finding a young child in the wreckage of a strange aircraft, a farmer and his wife raise the boy as their own. Growing up to become a newspaper reporter, he takes on a double life of a super hero when smugglers threaten the peace. Suman Kalyanpur (born as Suman Hemmadi;January 28th 1937) is an Indian playback singer, one of the best-known and most respected playback singers in India. Her voice was often mistaken to be that of Lata Mangeshkar. Suman Kalyanpur's career started in 1954 and was very popular singer in the 1960s and 1970s. Mahendra Kapoor (9 January 1934 – 27 September 2008) was an Indian playback singer. In a long career spanning decades, his repertoire included popular songs such as ''Chalo ekbaar phir se Ajnabi ban jayen hum dono'' ( Gumrah) and ''Neele Gagan ke tale'' (Hamraaz). His name however became most closely associated with patriotic songs including Mere Desh Ki Dharti in Manoj Kumar's film Upkaar. He always considered Mohammad Rafi as his guru and cited many times that he was the best singer to be ever born. In 1972, he was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India. Mubarak Begum (5 January 1936 18 July 2016) was an Indian vocalist who sang in the Hindi and Urdu languages. She was a playback singer in Bollywood films during the 1950s and 1960s. She had also recorded and given public performances in a number of other genres, including Ghazal and Na`at. Career Mubarak Begum started her career with light music recitals performed for All India Radio, India's national public radio station. Her career as a playback singer began in 1949, with the Indian Hindi-language film '' Aiye''. It was the Indo-Pakistani composer Nashad (not to be confused with Indian composer Naushad) who gave Begum her first break. Meena Kapoor
Meena Kapoor (1930 in Kolkata (then Calcutta) – 23 November 2017) was an Indian playback singer. She was the daughter of actor Bikram Kapoor who worked with the New Theatres studio. Her family was also related to famed filmmaker PC Barua. Meena's singing was noticed at a young age by composers like Ninu Mazumdar and SD Burman. She was a playback singer in Hindi cinema, during the 1940s and 1950s, singing hits such as "Rasiya Re Man Basiya Re" from ''Pardesi'' (1957), Ek Dharti Hai Ek Gagan from Adhikar (1954) and 'Kachhi hai Umariya' picturised on Meena Kumari in '' Char Dil Char Rahen'' (1959).
