"Remember" is a song recorded by Greek-Swedish DJ and music producer Steve Angello for his debut studio album, " Wild Youth". It features Australian electronic duo, The Presets. "Remember" was released as the album's third single on 1 November 2015. So far, the song has gained over 12 million streams on Spotify. Composition Kicking the song off is some clear, yet dark piano chords and vocals by Julian Hamilton of The Presets as the tempo slowly builds up. Soon after, a simple acoustic guitar riff comes into play, and the airy synth progressions and beat are introduced to the ear. Steven Patrik Josefsson Fragogiannis ( el, Στέφεν Πάτρικ Γιόζεφσον Φραγκόγιαννης; born 22 November 1982), better known by his stage name Steve Angello, is a Greek-Swedish DJ, record producer, remixer and record label owner. He is a member of Swedish House Mafia, together with Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso. Brother of Caleb Ray, who DJ’s under the name ‘Midnight Easterly’. Early life Steve Angello was born to a Greek father and Swedish mother in Athens, Greece. His maternal grandfather was Romani. Raised in Ulriksdal in Solna, Sweden, along with his brother Antoine Josefsson (who performs as AN21). Angello began as a scratch DJ at 12 years of age and was involved in many scratch competitions, combining hip-hop, breakbeats and 1970s classics. Swedish House Mafia (SHM) is a Swedish house music supergroup consisting of Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso. The group officially formed in late 2008, were placed at number ten on the ''DJ Mag'' Top 100 DJ Poll 2011, and have been called "the faces of mainstream progressive house music", while being credited for "setting the tone for the EDM boom of the early 2010s, more than any other act in modern dance music". The Presets are an Australian electronic music duo of Julian Hamilton (vocals, keyboards) and Kim Moyes (drums, keyboards).
