Remedy Corporation was a software company that produced the Action Request System and various applications therein. It is one of the biggest and oldest names in ITSM software. Remedy is now the Service Management Business Unit of BMC Software. History Remedy Corporation was founded in 1990 by Doug Mueller, Dave Mahler, and Larry Garlick, who was the CEO until 2001. The company went public in 1995 and in 1996 was named by ''Business Week'' as the "Number 1 Top Hot Growth Company in America." Gerrell Gaddis (born July 22, 1976), better known by his stage name Rell, is an American R&B singer and songwriter from Bowman, South Carolina. He was the first male R&B singer to sign to New York City-based label Roc-A-Fella Records, where he recorded with artists such as Kanye West, Jay-Z, Consequence, and Young Gunz. Life and career Rell grew up in Bowman, South Carolina, and is a former South Carolina State University pre-med student. He signed to Roc-A-Fella Records in 1997, and began work on his debut album which was tentatively titled, ''Medicine''. Rell got his break in 1998, appearing in Jay-Z's rap cult flick '' Streets Is Watching'' and contributing the club banger "Love for Free" to the movie's soundtrack and would later be featured on his debut album. Remedy Drive is an American alternative rock band founded in 1998 in Lincoln, Nebraska. They are now based in Nashville.
