Remco Boere
Remco Boere (born 29 October 1961) is a Dutch former professional Association football, footballer who played as a striker (association football), striker. Playing career A much-travelled forward, Boere played club football for Roda JC and ADO Den Haag in the Eredivisie. He also played for Iraklis Thessaloniki F.C., Iraklis in the Greek Super League and Gil Vicente F.C., Gil Vicente in the Portuguese Liga. Boere finished his playing career with FC Zwolle of the Eerste Divisie, initially signing a two-year deal with the club in August 1992. Managerial career After retiring as a player, Boere managed Dutch amateur sides Go Ahead Kampen and VV Nunspeet, Nunspeet and worked for years in Qatar in different jobs. He then had a spell in Sweden with MD FF Köping, Köping FF and at Libyan giants Al-Ahli SC (Tripoli), Al-Ahli, before moving above the Arctic Circle to coach Norwegian fourth-tier outfit Hammerfest FK, Hammerfest ahead of the 2014 season. Jeroen Willem Boere (18 November 1967 – 16 August 2007) was a Dutch professional footballer who played as a striker. He was the younger brother of Remco Boere, who played for clubs including Den Haag and Zwolle. He started his professional career at SBV Excelsior and went on to play for several teams, mostly at Holland's second level. The Algemeen Nederlands Persbureau BV (ANP) is the largest news agency in the Netherlands. ANP was founded on 11 December 1934 by the association of Dutch newspapers (NDP).
