Rekord Bielsko-Biała (football)
BTS Rekord Bielsko-Biała is a Polish sports club, based in Bielsko-Biała. Best known for their futsal team, the club also operates men's and women's association football teams. As of the 2024–25 season, the former compete in the II liga, after winning group III of the 2023–24 III liga. History The BTS Rekord sports club was founded in the Lipnik district of Bielsko-Biała in 1994 as BTS Lipnik Bielsko-Biała by Janusz Szymura, the president of a local IT company "Rekord". With Rekord's main focus being their futsal team, the association football section was established in 1999, and started competing in Klasa C from the 1999–2000 season onwards. After spending a few years in lower divisions, Rekord was promoted to the regional league in 2004, and went up to the fifth division four years later. II Liga
II liga (Druga Liga, ), currently named eWinner II liga due to sponsorship reasons by eWinner, is a Polish football league that sits at the third tier of the Polish football league system. Until the end of the 2007–08 season ''II Liga'' referred to a league at the 2nd tier, although this changed with the formation of the Ekstraklasa as the top level league in Poland. Currently, II liga is below I liga and above III liga. Since the 2014/15 season there is one group making up the II Liga unlike in previous seasons when there were two groups (''West'' and ''East''). The league consists of 18 teams. Two first teams win promotion to the I Liga. Teams from places 15–18 are demoted to the III Liga. Teams will play 34 league queue after 9 matches (including 306 meetings) in two rounds: autumn and spring. Tomasz Nowak (born 30 October 1985) is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for II liga club Rekord Bielsko-Biała. Club career Korona Kielce Nowak joined Korona Kielce in the 2006–07 winter break from Kania Gostyń. For the 2009–10 season, he was loaned to Polonia Bytom. Klasa A represents the seventh level of the Polish football league system, Polish football hierarchy. Teams promoted from Klasa A move up to the liga okręgowa, whilst relegated teams descend to the Klasa B leagues. Górnik Zabrze Spółka Akcyjna, commonly referred to as Górnik Zabrze S.A. or simply Górnik Zabrze (), is a Polish football club from Zabrze. Paweł Florek (born 24 June 1996) is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for II liga club Rekord Bielsko-Biała. 2023–24 III Liga
The 2023–24 III liga is the 16th season of Sports league, the fourth tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 2008 under its current title (III liga) and the 7th season under its current league division format. The league was operated by the Polish Football Association (PZPN). The competition is contested by 72 clubs split geographically across 4 groups of 18 teams, with the winners of each group gaining promotion to the II liga.
