Górnik Polkowice
KS Górnik Polkowice is a Polish football club based in Polkowice, Poland. The club currently plays in III liga which is the fourth tier of Polish football. They competed in the top tier for one season, in 2003–04. History KS Górnik Polkowice were founded in 1947. From 2003 until 2004, Górnik played their only season in Ekstraklasa, the top tier of Polish football. They drew 0–0 against Świt Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki to finish 14th, which qualified them for a relegation play-out against Cracovia. They lost the relegation play-out 8–0 on aggregate. Polkowice
Polkowice (german: Polkwitz) is a town in south-western Poland. It is situated in Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The town is the seat of Polkowice County and of Gmina Polkowice. Geography Polkowice is located in historic Lower Silesia, about northwest of Lubin. The nearest airport is Wrocław–Copernicus Airport, located from Polkowice. Situated in a traditional mining region, the town is part of the largest industrial copper-extraction area in Poland, with a copper-processing plant operating nearby. Paweł Barylski
Paweł Barylski (born 20 September 1975) is a Polish football coach. Usually an assistant manager, he was the interim manager of Śląsk Wrocław on three occasions. He won Polish League (2012) and Ekstraklasa Cup (2009). He currently serves as the assistant coach of Ekstraklasa side Stal Mielec. Career Barylski played for MKS Łodzianka, but retired at the age of 24 when he realised he was not good enough for a career in football. After retiring from football, Barylski held positions with the Lotnik Wrocław youth team and the Gawina Królewska Wola reserve side. Romuald Szukiełowicz (born 3 September 1943) is a retired Polish football manager. From 1994 to 2001 he was a member of the Board of Coaches for the PZPN. Career Szukiełowicz started his career at Śląsk Wrocław, and progressed from the youth team into the senior team. After his time at Śląsk he joined Odra Wrocław.
