Regina Louf
Regina Louf (born 1969), also known as witness X1 in the Dutroux case, is a victim of organised sexual abuse and author. She was one of the most prominent witnesses in the case around Marc Dutroux. Alleged abuse Louf said that she was sexually abused by family members since age 4. Her parents are Georges and Christiane Louf. Her grandmother and mother also prostituted her out. Her grandmother, Mme Poupaert, was the widow of the chief commissioner of police. She is alleged to have run two brothels during the time of the second world war. Louf claims that her parents sold her to a man, Tony Van den Bogaert, as a child. He repeatedly took her to sex parties since age 11. Her grandmother and acquaintances of the family confirmed that Regina Louf had a sexual relationship with Tony at least since age 12. Marc Dutroux
Marc Paul Alain Dutroux (; born 6 November 1956) is a Belgian convicted serial killer, serial rapist, and child molester. Initially convicted for the abduction and rape of five young girls in 1989, Dutroux was released on parole after just three years' imprisonment. He was arrested again in 1996 on suspicion of having abducted, tortured, and sexually abused six girls aged between 8 and 19, four of whom were killed. His widely publicized trial ended with his conviction on all charges in 2004; he was subsequently sentenced to life imprisonment. Dutroux's accomplices included his wife, Michelle Martin, Michel Lelièvre, Michel Nihoul, and Bernard Weinstein. Martin was convicted and sentenced to thirty years in prison, while Lelièvre was sentenced to twenty-five years. Jean-Michel Nihoul better known as Michel Nihoul (23 April 1941, Verviers, Belgium - 23 October 2019, Zeebrugge, Belgium) was a Belgian businessman and convicted felon. Dissociative identity disorder (DID), better known as multiple personality disorder or multiple personality syndrome, is a mental disorder characterized by the presence of at least two distinct and relatively enduring personality states.
