Reebok Boston Track Club
The Reebok Boston Track Club (RBTC) is an American training group sponsored by Reebok for professional distance running, distance runners (known as "RBTC Elite") as well as a separate recreational club for casual runners. RBTC Elite is supported by head coach Chris John Fox. RBTC athletes won one medal at the 2018 NACAC Championships, 2018 NACAC Championships in Athletics. Charlottesville, colloquially known as C'ville, is an independent city in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Long-distance running, or endurance running, is a form of continuous running over distances of at least . Physiologically, it is largely aerobic in nature and requires stamina as well as mental strength. Within endurance running comes two different types of respiration. The more prominent side that runners experience more frequently is aerobic respiration. This occurs when oxygen is present, and the body is able to utilize oxygen to help generate energy and muscle activity. Justyn Knight
Justyn Knight (born 19 July 1996) is a Canadian long-distance track runner. A successful collegiate runner during his time at Syracuse University, he was the school's most-decorated distance runner in cross country and track. On the professional scene, he has represented his country at the World and Olympic level, with his highest finish to date being seventh at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Amy-Eloise Markovc OLY (née Neale; born 5 August 1995) is a British middle- and long-distance runner. She won the gold medal in the 3000 metres at the 2021 European Indoor Championships. Markovc is a two-time British national champion. Career Born in Stockport, England, she later moved to the United States and took up track and field. At the age of 14 she won the 2000 metres steeplechase at the 2010 USATF National Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships.
