Bernd Redmann
Bernd Redmann (born 10 May 1965 in Bamberg) is a German composer and musicologist. Career Born in Bamberg, Bernd Redmann studied at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München, music pedagogy and composition with Dieter Acker, and music theory. He was also enrolled for musicology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. He continued his studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Mannheim, with Peter Michael Braun, among others. From 1992 he studied musicology at the Mozarteum. Jan Redmann
Jan Redmann (born 16 December 1979) is a German lawyer and politician of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) who has been serving as a member of the State Parliament of Brandenburg since 2014. Since 2019, he has been chairing his party’s parliamentary group. Early life and career Redmann was born 1979 in the East German town of Pritzwalk. He studied law at the University of Potsdam and the University of Cologne and became a lawyer. Political career Redmann became member of the State Parliament of Brandenburg in the 2014 elections. Kirk Redmann
Kirk Redmann (born December 27, 1961) is an American operatic tenor and the son of Audrey Schuh and Kerry P. Redmann. Born in New Orleans, he graduated from Jesuit High School (New Orleans) in 1979 and then from Tulane University, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. While there, he participated in productions of ''The Saint of Bleecker Street'' (conducted by Thomas Fulton), ''La rondine'' (conducted by Maurice Peress), and the role of Camille in ''The Merry Widow'' for Tulane Summer Lyric Theatre. On December 24, 1983, three days before his twenty-second birthday, Redmann became the youngest tenor to debut with the Metropolitan Opera, as the Sailor in the Christmas Eve broadcast of ''Tristan und Isolde'', conducted by James Levine.
