"Red Light" is a song by rock band Siouxsie and the Banshees. It is the ninth track from their 1980 album ''Kaleidoscope''. It was co-produced with Nigel Gray. Writing and recording The song was demoed by Siouxsie Sioux and Steven Severin at Warner Chappell studios. The Roland TR-808 Rhythm Composer, commonly known as the 808, is a drum machine manufactured by the Roland Corporation between 1980 and 1983.
