Recto Station
Recto station (also known as Recto Terminal station) is an elevated Manila Light Rail Transit (LRT) station situated on Line 2. Located on Recto Avenue at the district boundary of Santa Cruz and Quiapo in Manila, it is the western terminus of the line. Its convenient location has helped create many businesses in the area, from the number of hotels and motels to restaurants and shops, with a good majority of them being a short walk from the station. It is the busiest station in the rail line. Nearby landmarks The station is near popular shopping centers like Isetann Cinerama Recto, Odeon Terminal Mall, QQ Mall Quiapo (with a Puregold branch), Raon Shopping Center, Cartimar Manila Shopping Center (not to be confused with the one in Pasay), and Arranque Market. Claro M. Recto Avenue, more popularly known as simply Recto Avenue, is the principal commercial thoroughfare in north-central Manila, Philippines. It spans seven districts just north of the Pasig River in what is generally considered Manila's old downtown area. Recto's western terminus is at an intersection with Mel Lopez Boulevard (Radial Road 10) at the district boundaries of Tondo, Manila, Tondo and San Nicolas, Manila, San Nicolas close to the Manila North Harbor. Tutuban Railway Station
Tutuban station (also known as Manila station or Divisoria station) is the central railway terminus of the Philippine National Railways (PNR) network located in the city of Manila, Philippines. The name refers to two stations: the original Tutuban station, which today forms part of Tutuban Center, and the PNR Executive Building, which houses PNR offices. Jeepney
Jeepneys (), sometimes called jeeps (), are minibus-like public utility vehicles, serving as the most popular means of public transportation in the Philippines. They are known for their crowded seating and kitsch decorations, which have become a widespread symbol of Philippine culture and art. A Sarao jeepney was exhibited at the Philippine pavilion at the 1964 New York World's Fair as a national image for the Filipinos. Jeepneys originate from the American colonial period share taxis known as auto calesas, commonly shortened to "AC". St. Stephen's High School () is an Episcopalian school, located in the Binondo district of Manila. It is considered the first Christian Chinese school established in Luzon. The school offers courses of study from Pre-Kinder to Grade 12.
