Reserve Educational Assistance Program
The Reserve Educational Assistance Program (REAP) was an education program for American students that was established as a part of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005. REAP was a Department of Defense education benefit program designed to provide educational assistance to members of the Reserve components called or ordered to active duty in response to a war or national emergency ( contingency operation) as declared by the US President or the US Congress. This program made certain reservists who were activated for at least 90 days after September 11, 2001 were either eligible for education benefits or eligible for increased benefits. The Stockholm Environment Institute, or SEI, is a non-profit, independent research and policy institute specialising in sustainable development and environmental issues, with seven affiliate offices around the world. Rice Exporters Association Of Pakistan
The Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP) was established in 1988–89 under the patronage of the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, and the Planning Division of the Government of Pakistan. REAP played a significant role in defining rice standards in Pakistan. Consequently, Pakistan Rice Standards were established in 1992 for the first time, with support of the Pakistan Standards Institution. Governance The Managing Committee is divided into north ((11 members) and south (12 members) zones. In 1998–99, REAP membership became compulsory for all rice exporters. Achievements REAP has 1900 members in the region and is the country's second largest business association. In 1988–89 REAP members exported over 2 million tons of rice. ''The Reap'' is an arcade shooter. It was released in 1997 for the PC, developed by Housemarque and published by Take 2 Interactive Software Europe. Gameplay The game has a total of 4 stages and each stage has three to four levels, altogether there are 10 levels. Players are tasked to shoot enemies in an arctic oriented scenery. Next they fly through the deep oceans, wherein between shipwrecks and fish bones are sharks, submarines, and a genetically-engineered quadrapus waiting for them. After this there comes a canyon-desert stage. At last, players fight their enemies in a skyscraper city. The player's ship can get 5 weapon systems and all of them can be upgraded three times. James Hardy Wilkinson FRS (27 September 1919 – 5 October 1986) was a prominent figure in the field of numerical analysis, a field at the boundary of applied mathematics and computer science particularly useful to physics and engineering. Education Born in Strood, England, he won a Foundation Scholarship to Sir Joseph Williamson's Mathematical School in Rochester. He studied the Cambridge Mathematical Tripos at Trinity College, Cambridge, where he graduated as Senior Wrangler. Career Taking up war work in 1940, he began working on ballistics but transferred to the National Physical Laboratory in 1946, where he worked with Alan Turing on the ACE computer project. ''Am I the Enemy'' is the third studio album by American rock band The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. Composition and recording The album marks a return to the aggressive post-hardcore sound of their debut album as opposed to the polished hard rock featured on '' Lonely Road''. The album saw the band working with famed punk/hardcore producer John Feldmann, who has previously worked with such bands as Escape the Fate, Story of the Year, The Used and Saosin. Feldmann also mixed the album, and arranged and co-wrote all the songs on the album along with vocalist Ronnie Winter.
