''Real Crime Profile'' is a true crime podcast distributed by Wondery and co-hosted by Jim Clemente (former FBI profiler), Laura Richards (criminal behavioral analyst, former New Scotland Yard), and Lisa Zambetti (casting director for CBS' ''Criminal Minds''). The show features the hosts profiling behavior from real criminal cases from Charles Manson, to John Meehan of the podcast Dirty John to Jerry Sandusky. In 2018, ''Real Crime Profile'' partnered with Showtime to create ''Escape At Dannemora'', a companion podcast series to launch alongside the television show of the same name (''Escape At Dannemora''). Wondery is an American podcast network and publisher of numerous award-winning podcasts, including Dirty John, Dr. Death, and The Shrink Next Door. DC Sniper
The D.C. sniper attacks (also known as the Beltway sniper attacks) were a series of coordinated shootings that occurred during three weeks in October 2002 throughout the Washington metropolitan area, consisting of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Ten people were killed, and three others were critically wounded. The snipers were John Allen Muhammad (age 41 at the time) and Lee Boyd Malvo (age 17 at the time), who traveled in a blue 1990 Chevrolet Caprice sedan. Their crime spree, which began in February 2002, included murders and robberies in several states, which resulted in seven deaths and seven injuries. The Central Park jogger case (events also referenced as the Central Park Five Case) was a criminal case over the aggravated assault and rape of a white woman in Central Park in Manhattan, New York, on April 19, 1989, occurring at the same time as an unrelated string of other attacks in the park the same night.
