Ray Loriga
Jorge Loriga Torrenova, better known as Ray Loriga (born March 5, 1967), is a Spanish author, screenwriter, and director. His first novel ''Lo Peor de todo'' (''The Worst Thing of All''), was published in 1992, and was followed by ''Héroes'' in 1993. ''Caídos del Cielo - La pistola de mi hermano'' (''My Brother's Gun'') was the first of his novels to be published in English, and he directed a film based on this book in 1997. In the same year, he worked together with Pedro Almodóvar and Jorge Guerricaechevarria to produce the screenplay for the film ''Carne trémula'' (''Live Flesh''), also directed by Almodóvar. The screenplay was based on the 1986 novel of the same name by the British crime writer Ruth Rendell. His second novel to be published in English was '' Tokio ya no nos quiere'' (''Tokyo Doesn't Love Us Anymore''). Loriga married Spanish-Danish singer-songwriter Christina Rosenvinge in 1989. ''The 7th Day'' ( es, El 7º día, links=no) is a 2004 Spanish-French rural drama and tragedy film directed by Carlos Saura and written by Ray Loriga. Christina Rosenvinge
Christina Rosenvinge Hepworth (born 29 May 1964) is a Spanish singer. A veteran of the music industry with a career spanning more than thirty years she was a member of the Spanish groups Alex y Christina and Christina y Los Subterráneos, which were very popular bands before she started a much more risky solo career. Rosenvinge has spoken about facing sexism within the industry and is a vocal critic of it. Lee Ranaldo, the guitarist of Sonic Youth produced one of her albums right before she moved to New York City in 1999. She recorded three albums in english edited by Smells Like Records before moving back to Spain where she has become a revered artist. She is considered "one of the voices of reference of Spanish music in this first decade of the 21st century." In 2018, she had been honoured with Premio Nacional de las Musicas Actuales.
