''Ravanna'' is a 2000 Telugu-language action film directed by B. Gopal. Rajasekhar, Soundarya and Krishna played the lead roles. The film was theatrically released on 3 March 2000. It was dubbed and released in Hindi as ''Jaan Ki Baazi 2'' by Goldmines Telefilms on 23 January 2020. Synopsis The movie story deals with Ravanna, a wayward youth, is misguided and used by the local MLA to threaten those who oppose his corrupt activities. The arrival of a retired army major and his sister in the village turns things around. Posani Krishna Murali (born 22 January 1958) is an Indian screenwriter, actor, director and producer who primarily works in Telugu cinema. He worked as a writer for over 150 Telugu films and directed a number of films. In 2009, he also contested in Andhra Pradesh state legislative assembly elections from Chilakaluripet constituency but lost the elections. Veturi Sundararama Murthy (29 January 1936 – 22 May 2010), known mononymously by his surname Veturi, was an Indian poet, lyricist and journalist who is popular for writing Telugu songs. His career in the Telugu cinema spanned more than four decades. He was highly admired and cherished for his deep and thoughtful lyrics in Telugu songs.
