Ramiz Mammadali Oglu Aliev ( az, Ramiz Məmmədəli oğlu Əliyev) (15 December 1946, Amirjan, Baku - ) better known by his pen name Rovshan ( az, Rövşən) is Azerbaijani poet A poet is a person who studies and creates poetry.
