Ralph Tegtmeier
Ralph Tegtmeier (born November 1, 1952), also known as Frater V∴D∴ and Frater U∴D∴, is a German occultist, a longtime member of the Fraternitas Saturni, and co-founder of the Illuminates of Thanateros. Significance Horst E. Miers in his (German) ''Encyclopedia of Occult Sciences'' cites him as the "founder of Pragmatic Magic"Horst Miers, ''Lexikon des Geheimwissens'', Goldmann, München 1993, s.v. Fraternitas Saturni
Fraternitas Saturni (lat.: "Brotherhood of Saturn") is a German magical order, founded in 1926 by Eugen Grosche a.k.a. Gregor A. Gregorius and four others. It is one of the oldest continuously running magical groups in Germany. The lodge is, as Gregorius states, "concerned with the study of esotericism, mysticism, and magic in the cosmic sense". The FS adopts a system of degrees, ending with the 33rd as highest degree to reach this goal. The lodge claims further no political or economical objectives. The Illuminates of Thanateros () is an international magical organization that focuses on practical group work in chaos magic. Austin Osman Spare
Austin Osman Spare (30 December 1886 – 15 May 1956) was an English artist and occultism, occultist who worked as both a draughtsman and a painter. Influenced by Symbolism (arts), symbolism and art nouveau his art was known for its clear use of line, and its depiction of monstrous and sexual imagery. In an occult capacity, he developed magical techniques including automatic writing, surrealist automatism#Automatic drawing and painting, automatic drawing and sigil (magic), sigilization based on his theories of the relationship between the conscious and unconscious self.
