Nemanja Raičević (born 1976 in Novi Sad, Yugoslavia) is a Serbian writer of short stories. His first book ''Priče'' (Stories) won the national Matica Srpska Award ''Prva knjiga'' (First Book) in 2002. The book was published by one of the most renowned and oldest national cultural institutions, the Matica srpska of Novi Sad. The volume is held in many libraries across the former Yugoslavia and beyond (e.g. University of Harvard). ''Priče'' was also short-listed for the most prestigious national award for short prose fiction, named after Ivo Andrić, a Nobel Prize winner for literature - ''Andrićevu nagradu'' (Andrić's Award). Filip Raičević ( cnr, Филип Раичевић, ; born 2 July 1993) is a Montenegrin footballer who plays for Italian club Taranto. Raičević also holds Belgian passport. Miroslav Raičević ( sr-cyr, Мирослав Раичевић; born July 13, 1981) is a Serbian professional basketball coach and former player. He also holds Greek citizenship, under the name of Miroslav Marinos-Raitsevits. He played as both a power forward and center. Professional career Raičević began his career playing with the youth teams of the Budućnost Peć. In 1998, he moved to the Greek League club Aris Thessaloniki, and he began his professional career there in the year 2000. Goran Raičević
Goran Raičević ( Serbian Cyrillic: Горан Раичевић, June 26, 1963 – May 6, 1999) was a Serbian long-distance runner. He won three Balkan Cross Country Championships for Yugoslavia in 1990, 1992, and 1994. His son Nikola Raičević took up athletics and trains with AK Partizan. Running career Raičević won his first Balkan Cross Country Championships in 1990. In the same year he ran the senior men's race at the 1990 IAAF World Cross Country Championships, finishing in 119th place out of 236 finishers. Raičević would also represent FR Yugoslavia at IAAF World Cross Country Championships in 1994 and 1996, recording strong finishing places and results in both years. Milena Raičević née Knežević, (born 12 March 1990) is a Montenegrin international handballer for ŽRK Budućnost Podgorica and the Montenegrin national team. International career She was part of the Montenegro international set-up since the younger age categories and won the bronze medal at the 2010 Junior World Championship. She made her championship debut in the 2010 European Women's Handball Championship. A year later she participated at the 2011 World Women's Handball Championship in Brazil. Giovanni Raicevich (10 June 1881 – 1 November 1957) was an Italian professional wrestler. Career He belonged to a family of champions of Greco-Roman wrestling, who were famous, but low-key; his brothers were Roberto Massimo and Emilio Ruggerio Raicevich. Giovanni Raicevich, began his activities by opening a gym in Trieste, aided by his brothers. In 1902 they traveled to Alexandria where all three became Italian champions in three different categories. Although they were from Austro Hungary they pursued their careers in Italy.
