Rainer Bloss (also Rainer Blos or Rainer Bloß; 1946 – 10 December 2015) was a German electronic musician. Michael Owen Carroll (born 21 March 1966) is an Irish writer of novels and short stories for adults and children. He is best known for his series of superhero novels '' The New Heroes'' (called ''Quantum Prophecy'' in the US), and for his romantic fiction under the name Jaye Carroll. Klaus Schulze (4 August 1947 – 26 April 2022) was a German electronic music pioneer, composer and musician. He also used the alias Richard Wahnfried and was a member of the Krautrock bands Tangerine Dream, Ash Ra Tempel, and The Cosmic Jokers before launching a solo career consisting of more than 60 albums released across six decades. Early life Schulze was born in Berlin in 1947. His father was a writer and his mother a ballet dancer. After graduating from high school, he delivered telegrams and studied German at the Technical University of Berlin. He and his wife Elfie had two sons, Maximilian and Richard. ''Audentity'' is the fifteenth album by Klaus Schulze. It was originally released in 1983, and in 2005 was the eleventh Schulze album reissued by Revisited Records. The reissue of ''Audentity'' is one of two examples of a Klaus Schulze reissue that changes the original order of the tracks (the other being '' Das Wagner Desaster Live''). Overview As with Schulze's previous recording, '' Trancefer'', ''Audentity'' is also heavily reliant on sequencers, but is less harsh in style. This is particularly evident in the tracks "Cellistica" and "Spielglocken". However, the heavy reliance on sequenced sound is not the case for all the tracks, and indeed "Sebastian im Traum" hints towards the operatic style of some of Schulze's much later works (like ''Totentag''). ''Aphrica'' is a collaboration album by Klaus Schulze, Rainer Bloss and Ernst Fuchs, with the painter Fuchs providing vocals. ''Aphrica'' was both released and withdrawn in 1984. Although the reason the album was taken off the market was mainly legal (the label Inteam had "forgotten" to make a contract with Fuchs), Schulze had very little positive to say about the collaboration in retrospect: "Besides, it's an awful album, just because of that silly singing or recitation. Ernst Fuchs (13 February 19309 November 2015) was an Austrian painter, draftsman, printmaker, sculptor, architect, stage designer, composer, poet, and one of the founders of the Vienna School of Fantastic Realism. In 1972, he acquired the derelict Otto Wagner Villa in Hütteldorf, which he restored and transformed. The villa was inaugurated as the Ernst Fuchs Museum in 1988. Education Born in Vienna as the only child of Maximilian and Leopoldine Fuchs, Fuchs attended the St. Anna Painting School, where he studied under Fritz Fröhlich (1944). He entered the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna (1945), where he began his studies under Professor , later moving to the class of Albert Paris von Gütersloh.
