Rafael Zornoza Boy (born 31 July 1949) is a Spanish prelate of the Catholic Church who has been the bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cádiz y Ceuta, Diocese of Cádiz y Ceuta since 2011. Biography Born in Madrid on 31 July 1949, the third of six children, Zornoza studied at the Piarist School of Madrid while also studying music and piano at the Madrid Royal Conservatory. After attending the Minor Seminary of Madrid, he studied at the Conciliar Seminary of Madrid from 1969 to 1974, graduating with a degree in theology. He has a degree in Biblical theology from the Comillas Pontifical University. He has been noted for his support of youth outreach and culture. Zornoza was ordained as a priest for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Madrid, Archdiocese of Madrid on 19 March 1975. He was vicar of the Parish of Saint George and then a parish priest in 1983. Mons (; German and nl, Bergen, ; Walloon and pcd, Mont) is a city and municipality of Wallonia, and the capital of the province of Hainaut, Belgium. Mons was made into a fortified city by Count Baldwin IV of Hainaut in the 12th century. The population grew quickly, trade flourished, and several commercial buildings were erected near the ''Grand’Place''. In 1814, King William I of the Netherlands increased the fortifications, following the fall of the First French Empire. The Industrial Revolution and coal mining made Mons a centre of heavy industry. In 1830, Belgium gained its independence and the decision was made to dismantle the fortifications, allowing the creation of large boulevards and other urban projects. On 2324 August 1914, Mons was the location of the Battle of Mons. The British were forced to retreat and the town remained occupied by the Germans until its liberation by the Canadian Corps during the final days of the war. There are several memorial placard ...
