Radichkov Peak
Radichkov Peak ( bg, Радичков връх, Radichkov vrah, ) rises to 500 m in Levski Ridge, Tangra Mountains, eastern Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica. The peak overlooks Srebarna Glacier to the southwest and Magura Glacier to the northeast and has steep and ice-free eastern slopes. An offshoot extending 900 m in south direction ends up in Kalofer Peak, forming M'Kean Point to the southeast. The peak is named after the Bulgarian writer Yordan Radichkov (1929–2004). M'Kean Point
M'Kean Point on the southeast coast of Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica is formed by an offshoot of Kalofer Peak. The point separates the termini of Srebarna Glacier to the southwest and Magura Glacier to the north-northeast. The point is named after Captain J. M'Kean, Master of the British Indian sealing vessel ''Princess Charlotte'' that visited the area in 1821–22. Kuber Peak
Kuber Peak ( bg, връх Кубер, vrah Kuber, ) is a 770 m peak in Delchev Ridge, Tangra Mountains on Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica. Overlooking Magura Glacier to the southwest, Dobrudzha Glacier to the southeast, and Iskar Glacier to the north. Named after Khan Kuber whose Bulgars left Pannonia to settle in Western Macedonia and Albania around 680 AD, and established a state that in the early 8th century AD merged with the First Bulgarian Empire. Helmet Peak, Livingston Island
Helmet Peak is a conspicuous peak rising to in Levski Ridge, Tangra Mountains on Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica just southward of the mouth of Huron Glacier. It is bounded by Devnya Valley to the west, Iskar Glacier to the northeast, and Magura Glacier to the southeast, and has precipitous west and east slopes. Great Needle Peak
Great Needle Peak ( bg, Голям Иглен връх, Golyam Iglen vrah, ; variant name in es, pico Falsa Aguja, lit=False Needle Peak) is the summit of the central Levski Ridge in Tangra Mountains on Livingston Island, Antarctica. Rising to 1,679.5 m, it is the third highest peak of both the mountains and the island after Mount Friesland (1700.2 m) and St. Boris Peak (1685 m). Yordan Radichkov
Yordan Radichkov ( bg, Йордан Радичков; 24 October 1929 – 21 January 2004) was a Bulgarian writer and playwright. Literary critics Adelina Angusheva and Galin Tihanov called him "arguably the most significant voice of Bulgarian literature in the last third of the 20th century". Some literary critics have referred to him as the Bulgarian Kafka or Gogol. Radichkov is widely known for his numerous short stories, novels and plays. Magura Glacier
Magura Glacier ( bg, ледник Магура, lednik Magura, ) on the southeast side of Tangra Mountains on Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica is located to the north of M'Kean Point, northeast of Srebarna Glacier, south of Iskar Glacier and southwest of Dobrudzha Glacier. It is bounded by Great Needle Peak to the west, Vitosha Saddle, Vihren Peak and Helmet Peak to the northwest, Plovdiv Peak and Shishman Peak to the north, and Devin Saddle and Kuber Peak to the northeast. The glacier extends 3.5 km in southwest-northeast direction and 1.9 km in northwest-southeast direction, and flows southeastward into Bransfield Strait.
