RACSA (airline)
RACSA was a private passenger and cargo airline based in Guatemala La Aurora International Airport. It mainly operates charter flights throughout the country. One of its planes was hired by the Guatemalan Air Force and temporarily based at Quetzaltenango Airport after Hurricane Stan in 2005, in order to provide help in remote areas. It is a member in the Association of Private Airlines of Guatemala. However, its current status (2008) is uncertain. La Aurora International Airport
La Aurora International Airport ( es, Aeropuerto Internacional La Aurora, ) serves Guatemala City, Guatemala. It is located south of Guatemala City's center and from Antigua Guatemala. It is administered by the Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil. La Aurora International Airport is the primary airport of Guatemala. The airport went through a massive modernization and expansion. The airport is now able to accept a greater number of flights and larger aircraft. It provides high standard installations to the traveler. The old terminal has been renovated in accordance with its original design. The Aérospatiale N 262 is a French twin-turboprop high-wing airliner built first by Nord Aviation (merged into Aérospatiale in 1970 in aviation, 1970). The aircraft was also known as the Nord 262. Design and development In 1957, the French aircraft manufacturer Max Holste began work on a twin-engined utility transport aircraft to replace the Douglas DC-3/C-47 Skytrain. The prototype, the Max Holste MH.250 Super Broussard, was powered by two Pratt & Whitney Wasp radial engines and first flew on 20 May 1959. Quetzaltenango Airport
Los Altos Airport ( es, Aeropuerto Los Altos, ), also known as Quetzaltenango Airport, serves the city of Quetzaltenango, also known as "Xelajú" or "Xela," and western Guatemala.
