Quiz on Korea is a South Korean television game show organized as part of an annual international public diplomacy program by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea and KBS television. The quiz tests participants general knowledge of Korea. ''Quiz on Korea'' aims to help spread Hallyu, the "Korean Wave". Overview Preliminary domestic rounds are held within selected countries and national winners receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Korea to represent their country in the final round in Korea. The representatives are taken on a week-long guided tour around Korea. The final round is filmed at KBS studios in Seoul and broadcast on KBS as a special program for the Chuseok holidays, which generally fall in September or early October. ''Pandora'' is the fifth extended play (EP) by South Korean girl group Kara, released on August 22, 2012. Background On August 6, 2012, the title track of the album was revealed. The song was apparently leaked at KBS' radio show, 2FM Super Junior's "Kiss the Radio" on August 17. Following the leak, the group's representatives and the staff working for the show apologized on Twitter and posted a message on the radio community board. On August 7, 2012, the title was revealed by Kara's agency and explained its origin from Greek mythology. The concept of the album was to show the group's matured charms through a modern interpretation of ''Pandora's Box''. ''Full Bloom'' is the fourth studio album and the eighth overall studio album release by South Korean girl group Kara. It was released on September 2, 2013, with the song "Damaged Lady" used as the lead single. The song "Runaway" was released two weeks earlier, on August 21, as a preview for it. It is also the last Korean album to feature members Nicole Jung and Kang Ji-young who departed the group in 2014, though they would rejoin the group in 2022. Crayon Pop
Crayon Pop (Hangul: 크레용팝) is a South Korean girl group formed under Chrome Entertainment in 2012. The group consisted of four members: Geummi, Ellin, Choa, and Way. Their fifth member, Soyul, left the group in 2017. Crayon Pop officially debuted in July 2012 with their performance of "Saturday Night" on Mnet's ''M! Countdown''. Their first EP was not a commercial success, and when their song "Dancing Queen" was released in October, the group had few opportunities to promote on music shows.
