Quint Kessenich
Quint Elroy Kessenich ( ; born November 22, 1967) is an American Sports commentator, sportscaster for ESPN on ABC, ABC and ESPN television covering lacrosse, basketball, football, hockey, wrestling and Thoroughbred Racing on ESPN, horse racing since 1993. He is a former All-American lacrosse goalkeeper. He attended the Johns Hopkins University from 1987 to 1990, where he was a two-time winner of the Ensign C. Markland Kelly Jr. Award as the nation's best goalie. Kessenich played one year of professional lacrosse with the Baltimore Thunder in 1999, and played at the amateur level for the storied Mount Washington Lacrosse Club. He got his writing debut with a horse racing newspaper called The Saratoga Special, writing for brothers Joe and Sean Clancy in the famed horse racing town of Saratoga Springs. Baltimore Thunder
The Baltimore Thunder were a member of the National Lacrosse League from 1987 until 1999. They were based in Baltimore, Maryland, and won the first Eagle Pro Box Lacrosse League (later the National Lacrosse League) championship in 1987. Jim Beardmore
Jim Beardmore is a former All-American lacrosse goalie, and coach. He was formerly the head coach for the Hamburg Warriors B-Team. He is the son of former University of Maryland coach and Lacrosse Hall of Fame inductee Clayton "Buddy" Beardmore. Beardmore attended University of Maryland after graduating from The Severn School in Severna Park, MD. In 1987 was awarded the Ensign C. Markland Kelly, Jr. Award as the NCAA's Goalie of the Year. In addition, Beardmore was named a first team All-American, Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Year, and received first-team All-ACC mention. Beardmore played five seasons in the Major Indoor Lacrosse League with the Washington Wave and the Pittsburgh Bulls. Mark Dantonio
Mark Justin Dantonio (born March 9, 1956) is a former American football coach and player. He most recently served as the head football coach at Michigan State University, a position he had held from 2007 to 2019, presiding over one of the most successful eras in the program's history. He led the Michigan State Spartans to three Big Ten Conference championships, and eight victories over archrival Michigan in 13 years. In 2013, he coached Michigan State to its first 13-win season and the program's fifth trip to the Rose Bowl, where they defeated Stanford and finished the season ranked No. 3 in the nation. This was the second time a Big Ten team reached the 13-win mark, the previous being Ohio State's national championship season in 2002, where Dantonio was the defensive coordinator. The Michigan State Spartans football program represents Michigan State University (MSU) in college football at the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) level. Bo Pelini
Mark Anthony "Bo" Pelini (born December 13, 1967) is a former American football coach and former player. He was most recently the defensive coordinator for the Louisiana State University Tigers football team. He is the younger brother of former Florida Atlantic head coach Carl Pelini, who has frequently worked under Bo as an assistant coach. Pelini served as head coach of the Nebraska Cornhuskers from December 2007 until November 2014 and later served as head coach of the Youngstown State University football team from 2015 through 2019.
