Qi Qi (gymnast)
Qi Qi (, ; born September 28, 2003) is a Chinese artistic gymnast. Best known as a vault and floor specialist, she is a two-time Chinese national vault champion (2018, 2020), the 2020 Chinese national floor champion, and a ten-time medalist at the Chinese Artistic Gymnastics Championships. On the junior level, she is the 2018 Asian all-around, vault, and floor exercise champion. Career Junior 2017 Qi competed at the senior-level 2017 Chinese National Championships, where she qualified in 16th place to the all-around final with the top vault score in the qualification round. She placed second in the team final representing the Beijing provincial team and also placed second in the vault final behind Liu Jinru. Lee Yun-seo (born 5 March 2003) is a South Korean artistic gymnast. She competed at the 2019 and 2021 World Championships, and she represented South Korea at the 2020 Summer Olympics and at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics. Junior career Lee made her international debut at the 2017 Junior Asian Championships where she helped the South Korean team win the bronze medal behind China and Japan. She also placed fourth in the all-around and sixth on the balance beam, and she won the bronze medal on the floor exercise behind Chinese gymnasts Li Qi and Chen Yile. She competed at the 2018 Junior Asian Championships where South Korea once again won the team bronze medal behind China and Japan. 2019 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships
The 2019 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships was held in Stuttgart, Germany from October 4–13, 2019. The championships took place at the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle, and was the third time the city of Stuttgart hosted the event following the 1989 and 2007 editions, and the fifth time Germany hosted it. As of October 2, 92 federations registered gymnasts for the event with a total of 288 men and 259 women. Sam Mikulak of the United States and Mélanie de Jesus dos Santos of France won the Longines Prize for Elegance. Ou Yushan
Ou Yushan ( zh, 欧钰珊, born January 13, 2004, in Guangxi, China) is a Chinese artistic gymnast. She is the 2019 Junior World all-around bronze medalist and team and floor exercise silver medalist. She represented China at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Junior career 2018 Ou debuted at the senior-level Chinese National Championships, helping the Guangdong team to the gold medals in the women's team and mixed team competitions. 2019 Ou again represented Guangdong province at the Chinese National Championships. Oksana Aleksandrovna Chusovitina (russian: Оксана Александровна Чусовитина; born 19 June 1975) is an eight-time Olympic gymnast who has competed for the Soviet Union, Uzbekistan, and Germany. Chusovitina's career as an elite gymnast has spanned more than a quarter century. She won the USSR Junior Nationals in 1988 and began competing at the international level in 1989, before many of her current rivals were even born. A somersault (also ''flip'', ''heli'', and in gymnastics ''salto'') is an acrobatic exercise in which a person's body rotates 360° around a horizontal axis with the feet passing over the head. Emma Malabuyo (born November 5, 2002) is an American artistic gymnast. She is a five-time member of the U.S. National Team (2016–19, 2021). She was an alternate for the 2020 Olympic team. She is currently competing for the UCLA Bruins gymnastics team. Early life Emma Malabuyo was born to Joel and Ana Malabuyo. Malabuyo began her training at Airborne Gymnastics in Santa Clara, California, but moved to Texas to train under former world champion Kim Zmeskal-Burdette at Texas Dreams in 2013. The United States women's national artistic gymnastics team represents the United States in FIG international competitions. Currently, the U.S. team is the reigning World team champion and the reigning Olympic team silver medalists, with the four gymnasts nicknamed the "Fighting Four".
