Punta is a rural barangay of Calamba City, Laguna in the Philippines. It is situated in the central-south portion of the city. Geography Barangay Punta is located in the western part of Calamba City. The barangay is bordered by: Kay-Anlog in the south; Bubuyan in the west; Milagrosa in the east, Palo-Alto in the north-west and Barandal in the north. It has total land area of 331 hectares. Punta is now an industrial barangay in Calamba City and its extends in barangay Prinza. Kay-Anlog is a component barangay of the city in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines, situated in the southern part of the city, adjacent to the barangays of Milagrosa, Burol, Bubuyan, and Ulango. Geography Kay-Anlog is located at the southern edge of the city of Calamba, being one of the "upland barangays". At 272 hectares, it is one of the largest barangays by area in Calamba. Sangguniang Kabataan
Sangguniang Kabataan (abbreviated as SK; ) is a council meant to represent the youth in each barangay in the Philippines. It was put "on hold", but not quite abolished, prior to the 2013 barangay elections. In January 2016, the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act was signed into law which made some significant changes to the SK and initially scheduled new elections for October 2016. In March 2017, the elections were postponed anew to May 2018. The SK Chairman leads the Sangguniang Kabataan. A Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) composed of representatives of different local youth groups supports the SK and its programs.
