Plast (russian: Пласт) is a town and the administrative center of Plastovsky District in Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia, located on the eastern slopes of the Ural Mountains in the upper basin of the Uy River, southwest of Chelyabinsk, the administrative center of the oblast.
