Pisa Centrale Railway Station
Pisa Centrale railway station ( it, Stazione di Pisa Centrale) is the central station of the Italian city of Pisa, the first station of the city in terms of passengers, before Pisa-San Rossore railway station. The station is one of the major railway junctions of Tuscany. Lines serving the station include three long-distance lines: the Pisa–Livorno–Rome line, the Pisa–La Spezia–Genoa line and the Pisa–Florence line. Local services operate on the Lucca–Pisa line. The line from Pisa to Vada via Collesalvetti, which was closed from 1992 to 2000, is now only open for freight traffic. History Pisa Centrale station was constructed following the implementation of a development plan approved on 23 March 1871. Its building led to the conversion of the old Leopolda station (inaugurated in 1844) into a freight yard, which functioned until 1929, when it was closed permanently. Pisa San Rossore railway station ( it, Stazione di Pisa San Rossore) is a railway station in the Italian city of Pisa, the second station of the city in terms of passengers, after Pisa Centrale railway station. The station is located next to Piazza dei Miracoli and is served by local trains. It is a ''keilbahnhof'', situated at the junction of two railway lines: Pisa–La Spezia–Genoa and Lucca–Pisa. Pisa Aeroporto Railway Station
Pisa Aeroporto railway station ( it, Stazione di Pisa Aeroporto) was a railway station within Pisa International Airport, Italy. A shuttle train service operated between it and the nearby main railway station in Pisa, Pisa Centrale railway station, although there were also a few direct services to Florence. It was closed on 15 December 2013 to make way for the construction of a fully automated people mover, called ''PisaMover'', which operates services to Pisa Centrale every five minutes. PisaMover came into operation in March 2017. Cecina Railway Station
Cecina railway station is an Italian railway station on the Tirrenica railway line in Tuscany. History It opened on 20 October 1863 with a northern section of the Tirrenica line, and opened on the same day as the Cecina-Volterra railway. After significant damage to the station building during the Second World War, the station building was rebuilt. From 2020 to 2021, the station was subject to a renovation, during which the platforms were raised and the underpass was upgraded. Pisa International Airport ( it, Aeroporto Internazionale di Pisa) , also named Galileo Galilei Airport is an airport located in Pisa, Italy. La Spezia Centrale railway station is the main station of La Spezia, situated in the Piazza Medaglie d’Oro in the city centre. Lucca Railway Station
Lucca railway station ( it, Stazione di Lucca) serves the city and ''comune'' of Lucca, in the region of Tuscany, central Italy. Opened in 1846, it forms part of the Viareggio–Florence railway, and is also the junction for lines to Pisa and to Aulla. All of these lines are only served by regional trains. The station is currently managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI). However, the commercial area of the passenger building is managed by Centostazioni. Livorno Centrale railway station ( it, Stazione di Livorno Centrale) is the main station of the Italian city of Livorno. It is situated in the ''Piazza Dante'' on the eastern edge of the town.
