Phạm Thu Hằng (born 1984 in Hanoi, Vietnam) was the winner of Miss Hanoi-Vietnam 2005 (Miss Vietnam Universe 2005). She competed in Miss Universe 2005 but did not place. She studied at Trade Manager University. Miss Universe 2005 was the 54th Miss Universe pageant, held at the Impact Arena in Nonthaburi Province, Bangkok Metropolitan Region, Thailand on May 31, 2005,. Miss Vietnam (Vietnamese: Hoa hậu Việt Nam, formerly Hoa hậu Toàn quốc Báo Tiền phong until 2000) is a beauty contest in Vietnam that has been held biennially since 1988.
