Phyla-Vell is a fictional character, a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She has gone by the names Quasar, Captain Marvel and Martyr. She was created by Peter David and Paul Azaceta and first appeared in ''Captain Marvel'' vol. 5 #16 (Jan. 2004). Quasar is the name of several fictional superheroes in the Marvel Comics universe. They are noted for having worn the Quantum Bands, advanced ancient alien technology that grants the wearer manipulation of quantum energy. Elysius is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Elysius is an artificially created being constructed by the Titanian super computer ISAAC, and possesses some of the superhuman attributes of an Eternal from Titan.
