Pekka Vapaavuori
Pekka Juhani Vapaavuori (born 6 August 1962, in Turku) is a Finnish architect. He graduated from the Tampere University of Technology in 1993 and started his own architect office in Turku in 1994. Among his realizations is the Kumu Art Museum, in Tallinn Tallinn () is the most populous and capital city of Estonia. Turku ( ; ; sv, Åbo, ) is a city and former capital on the southwest coast of Finland at the mouth of the Aura River, in the region of Finland Proper (''Varsinais-Suomi'') and the former Turku and Pori Province (''Turun ja Porin lääni''; 1634–1997). Tampere University of Technology (TUT) ( fi, Tampereen teknillinen yliopisto (TTY)) was Finland's second-largest university in engineering sciences. The university was located in Hervanta, a suburb of Tampere. It was merged with the University of Tampere to create the new Tampere University on 1 January 2019.
