Paula Risikko
Paula Risikko (born 4 June 1960, Ylihärmä) is a Finnish politician. Juha Tapani Rehula (born 3 June 1963 in Hollola, Finland) is a Finnish politician and the vice chairman of the Finnish Centre Party. Rehula worked as the Minister of Social Affairs and Health in Finland between 2010–2011 and Minister of Family Affairs and Social Services 2015–2017. In December 2018, it transpired that adult men, all of whom had arrived in Finland as asylum seekers or refugees, were grooming, and raping and otherwise sexually abusing, girls under 15 years of age in Oulu, Finland. Seinäjoki (; "Wall River"; la, Wegelia, formerly sv, Östermyra) is a city located in South Ostrobothnia, Finland; east of Vaasa, north of Tampere, west of Jyväskylä and southwest of Oulu.
