Paul C. Dinn is a Canadians, Canadian politician. He represents the electoral district of Topsail-Paradise in the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly, for the PC Party NL, Progressive Conservative Party. He was first elected in a by-election in 2019. Dinn was re-elected in the 2019 and 2021 provincial elections. Paradise is a town on the Avalon Peninsula in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Paradise is the third largest settlement in the province and is part of the St. John's metropolitan area, the 20th largest metropolitan area in Canada. The town borders the City of St. John's, the City of Mount Pearl, the Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip's, and the town of Conception Bay South. Paul Alfred Davis (born June 17, 1961), is a Canadian politician who was the leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Newfoundland and Labrador and Leader of the Opposition in the province. James Gerard Dinn is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly in the 2019 provincial election. He represents the electoral district of St. John's Centre as a member of the Newfoundland and Labrador New Democratic Party. He was re-elected in the 2021 Newfoundland and Labrador general election. Dinn also served as president of the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers’ Association (2013-2017) and had also served on the executive board of the Canadian Teachers' Federation. He also served as president of the Salmonid Association of Eastern Newfoundland.
