Topsail-Paradise
Topsail–Paradise is a provincial electoral district (Canada), electoral district in Newfoundland and Labrador. As of Canada 2011 Census, 2011 there are 14,830 people living in the district. Topsail–Paradise includes part of the town of Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador, Paradise and the part of the town of Conception Bay South. The district was created following the 2015 electoral districts boundaries review. The majority of Topsail–Paradise was previously the district of Topsail (electoral district), Topsail. The district also includes former parts of the districts of Conception Bay East-Bell Island and Conception Bay South (electoral district), Conception Bay South. Geography The constituency is named after the community of Topsail in Conception Bay South, and the town of Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador, Paradise. Paul C. Dinn is a Canadians, Canadian politician. He represents the electoral district of Topsail-Paradise in the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly, for the PC Party NL, Progressive Conservative Party. He was first elected in a by-election in 2019. Dinn was re-elected in the 2019 and 2021 provincial elections. Paradise is a town on the Avalon Peninsula in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Paradise is the third largest settlement in the province and is part of the St. John's metropolitan area, the 20th largest metropolitan area in Canada.
