Parvez Haris ( bn, পারভেজ হারিস) is a professor of biomedical science at the School of Allied Health Sciences in De Montfort University, United Kingdom. He is an Editor-in-Chief of Biomedical Spectroscopy and Imaging. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and Public Health as well. Moulvibazar District
Moulvibazar ( bn, মৌলভীবাজার) also spelled Maulvibazar, Moulavibazar, and Maulavibazar, (former South Sylhet) is the southeastern district of Sylhet Division in northeastern Bangladesh, named after the town of Moulvibazar. It is bordered by the Indian states of Tripura and Assam to the south and east, respectively; and by the Bangladeshi districts of Habiganj to the west and Sylhet to the north. Dennis Chapman
Dennis Chapman (1911–2003) was a social psychologist best known for his book ''The Home and Social Status'', published in 1955, which investigated the British working class domesticity in the mid-twentieth century. His research focuses mainly on two primary aspects of society: domestic housing and provision, and the sociology of crime. Chapman studied social psychology at the London School of Economics and went on to work as a lecturer at the University of Liverpool between 1946 and 1977, eventually becoming the Director of Business Studies. The publisher has been listed as a "potential, possible, or probable" predatory publisher by American library scientist Jeffrey Beall and is listed as such by the Max Planck Society and Stop Predatory Journals. WASET's estimated annual revenue in 2017 alone was over $4 million, with other estimates ranging from $8.9 million to $11.9 million for the years 2014 to 2019 combined. Conferences WASET has been accused of arranging predatory conferences, in order to artificially boost the academic credentials of presenters and paper submitters.
