Parkheuvel
Parkheuvel is a restaurant in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It is a fine dining restaurant that has been awarded one or more Michelin stars from 1990 to present. At its top it had three Michelin stars. GaultMillau awarded the restaurant 18.0 points (out of 20 points). The restaurant is located at Heuvellaan 21 in Rotterdam, in a semicircular modern pavilion with a view over the Nieuwe Maas and Rotterdam Harbour. The pavilion is decorated in art deco style. Parkheuvel was in 2002 the first restaurant in the Netherlands to be awarded three Michelin stars. The kitchen staff was at that time led by head chef Cees Helder. In 2006 Erik van Loo, formerly of two-starred restaurant De Zwethheul ''De Zwethheul'' is a defunct restaurant located in Zweth, Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the period 1990-2004 and two Michelin stars in the period 2005–2014. Cees Helder
Cees Helder (born 1948 in , North Holland) is a Dutch chef, former restaurant owner of Parkheuvel in Rotterdam. He was the first chief cook in the Netherlands to acquire three Michelin stars. Helder obtained his first Michelin star when he was chief cook at Villa Rozenrust. A second star followed with Le Chevalier in Delft. In 1986, Helder purchased Parkheuvel and in November 2001 it became the first Dutch restaurant to hold three Michelin stars. The Michelin Guides ( ) are a series of guide books that have been published by the French tyre company Michelin since 1900. The Guide awards up to three Michelin star (classification), stars for excellence to a select few establishments. ''De Zwethheul'' is a defunct restaurant located in Zweth, Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the period 1990-2004 and two Michelin stars in the period 2005–2014. De restaurant closed on 8 January 2015 and was replaced by restaurant "Aan de Zweth". Last head chef was Mario Ridder, who took over in 2006 from Erik van Loo. A chef is a trained professional cook and tradesman who is proficient in all aspects of food preparation, often focusing on a particular cuisine. Oud Sluis
Oud Sluis is a defunct restaurant in Sluis, Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that had been awarded one or more Michelin stars since 1995. It carried one star in the period 1995–1998, two stars in the period 1999–2005 and three stars from 2006. The chef was Sergio Herman. The restaurant appeared from 2003 in the list of ''The S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants''. In its first ranking it was placed 40th, the ranking for 2011 was 17th. Since 2008 they have also run a guest house, ''Casa Chico y Luna'', in Sint Anna ter Muiden. De Librije
De Librije () is a restaurant in Zwolle, Netherlands. It is a fine dining restaurant that has been awarded one or more Michelin stars since 1993. It carried one star in the period 1993–1998, two stars in the period 1999-2003 and three stars since 2004. In 2007 and 2008, the restaurant received a score of 19.5 and became Restaurant of the Year in the Dutch edition of Gault Millau. The restaurant was formerly located in the old library of a 15th-century Dominican abbey, hence the name "De Librije". In 2015, the establishment moved to replace its secondary location on the other side of the Thorbeckegracht which housed the "Librije's Zusje" (Librijes little sister) as part of the "Librije's Hotel".
