Park Of Dorwin Falls
The Parc des Chutes-Dorwin (''English: Park of Dorwin Falls'') is a recreational tourism site, located along the north shore of the Ouareau River, in the municipality of Rawdon, in the Matawinie Regional County Municipality, in the administrative region of Lanaudière, in the province of Quebec, in Canada. This site is associated to three municipal sites: Dorwin Falls Park, Cascades Park and the municipal beach. These three sites are accessible free of charge for all residents of Rawdon. Visitors can access it by paying the entrance fee and wearing the prescribed bracelet that allows access to the three sites. Rawdon is a municipality located on the Ouareau River in southwestern Quebec, Canada, about 60 kilometres north of Montreal. It is the seat for the Matawinie Regional County Municipality, Regional County Municipality of Matawinie, in the Lanaudière region. Rawdon is part of the Joliette (electoral district), Joliette federal electoral district. The town of Rawdon is a mostly French-speaking tourist resort and is home to one English public school and four French public schools as well as a medium-size ski resort. Route 125 is a Quebec highway running from Montreal (on Pie-IX Boulevard near the Olympic Stadium) to Saint-Donat, Lanaudière, Quebec in the Lanaudière. The southern section of Route 125 runs parallel to Autoroute 25 in Laval, Mascouche, and Terrebonne. Route 335 is a north-south route from Montreal north into the Lanaudière region of Quebec. South of the Metropolitan highway, the 335 runs on Saint Denis Street to its southern terminus. Northwards until the Rivière des Prairies, the 335 runs on Berri Street southbound and Lajeunesse Street northbound, then it crosses the Viau Bridge to Laval. There, the 335 once traced the entire length of the Laurentian Boulevard to the David Bridge on the Rivière des Mille Îles. Now, it runs north from the bridge to Autoroute 440 on Laurentian Boulevard. The 335 runs concurrently with Autoroute 440 for about between des Laurentides and Autoroute 19.
