Camera Dolly
A camera dolly is a wheeled cart or similar device used in filmmaking and television production to create smooth horizontal camera movements. The camera is mounted to the dolly and the camera operator and focus puller or camera assistant usually ride on the dolly to push the dolly back and forth. The camera dolly is generally used to produce images which involve moving the camera toward or away from a subject while a take is being recorded, a technique known as a "dolly shot". The dolly grip is the dedicated technician trained to operate the dolly by manually pushing it back and forth. Movement The camera dolly may be used as a shooting platform on any surface but is often raised onto a track, to create smooth movement on a horizontal axis known as a tracking shot. Additionally, most professional film studio dollies have a hydraulic jib arm that raises or lowers the camera on the vertical axis. When a dolly grip operates a dolly on perpendicular axes simultaneously, it's known ...

Bavaria Studios
Bavaria Studios are film production studios located in Munich, the capital of the region of Bavaria in Germany, and a subsidiary of Bavaria Film. History The studios were constructed in the suburb of Geiselgasteig in 1919 shortly after the First World War. During their early years they were known as the Emelka Studios, while Geiselgasteig has also often been used to refer to them. They provided a provincial rival to the emerging dominance of Berlin studios, particularly the UFA conglomerate. Bavaria Film took over the studios, and became the dominant non-Berlin production company. During the Nazi era, Bavaria was one of the four major companies that dominated the German film industry alongside UFA, Terra and Tobis. In 1942 the companies were merged into a single administrative UFI. When the Cold War began in the 1940s, many of the former Berlin studios were now in East Berlin on the other side of the Iron Curtain and the Bavaria Studios assumed major importance in the West Ger ...

President (corporate Title)
A president is a leader of an organization, company, community, club, trade union, university or other group. The relationship between a president and a chief executive officer varies, depending on the structure of the specific organization. In a similar vein to a chief operating officer, the title of corporate president as a separate position (as opposed to being combined with a "C-suite" designation, such as "president and chief executive officer" or "president and chief operating officer") is also loosely defined; the president is usually the legally recognized highest rank of corporate officer, ranking above the various vice presidents (including senior vice president and executive vice president), but on its own generally considered subordinate, in practice, to the CEO. The powers of a president vary widely across organizations and such powers come from specific authorization in the bylaws like ''Robert's Rules of Order'' (e.g. the president can make an "executive decision" on ...

TRIXY 3 Achsensystem
Trixy Aviation Products GmbH is an Austrian aircraft manufacturer based in Dornbirn, that was founded by Rainer Farrag. The company specializes in the design and manufacture of autogyros.Bayerl, Robby; Martin Berkemeier; et al: ''World Directory of Leisure Aviation 2011-12'', page 187. WDLA UK, Lancaster UK, 2011. History Trixy Aviation Products was founded in late 2010 with the aim of developing a roadable aircraft. Farrag recognized that most past roadable aircraft designs were not practical because they did not operate well on roads, due to the bulk of wings or rotors, parking problems, mechanical complexity and the high price tag associated with a dual use vehicle. Furthermore, one vehicle cannot fill all missions and aviation regulations restrict the operation of aircraft largely to airports, not permitting flying from residential driveways. Farrag's approach was instead his project TRIXYZ, an electric motorcycle that could be docked to create an airplane, autogyro ...
