Pakuranga Plaza
Pakuranga Plaza (formerly Westfield Pakuranga) is a shopping centre in Pakuranga, Auckland, New Zealand. The centre features over 80 stores, including the major stores Farmers, Countdown and The Warehouse, although The Warehouse itself is external to the mall. Originally opened in 1965 as the Pakuranga Town Centre, the mall was one of the earliest malls in New Zealand, incorporating Farmers and George Court department stores. The mall itself has been transformed several times since it was first built and retains little of the 1960s style it once had (it was originally open to the air). In a 2008 rating of New Zealand shopping centres by a retail expert group, Westfield Pakuranga received three out of four stars based on the criteria of amount of shopping area, economic performance, amenity and appeal as well as future growth prospects. Pakuranga, Auckland
Pakuranga is an eastern suburb of Auckland, in northern New Zealand. Pakuranga covers a series of low ridges and previously swampy flats, now drained, that lie between the Pakuranga Creek and Tamaki River, two estuarial arms of the Hauraki Gulf. It is located to the north of Manukau and 15 kilometres southeast of the Auckland CBD. Botany Town Centre is a large shopping mall and lifestyle centre located in Auckland, New Zealand. It has more than 200 stores spread across three complexes, including restaurants and entertainment buildings such as cinemas. It is situated at the corner of Ti Rakau Drive and Chapel Road in the suburb of East Tāmaki, and was opened in 2001. Sylvia Park
Sylvia Park is a large business park and shopping centre in the Auckland suburb of Mount Wellington in New Zealand. Less commonly known, the area around the centre (which includes some residential and other commercial developments) is also called Sylvia Park (the centre takes its name from the area, not vice versa, but Sylvia Park is not officially a suburb). The area is located adjacent to two major interchanges of the Auckland Southern Motorway – the South Eastern Highway (which passes directly above the shopping centre on a viaduct) and Mount Wellington Highway. Eastern Busway, Auckland
The Eastern Busway, also known as AMETI (the Auckland Manukau Eastern Transport Initiative), is Auckland's first urban busway under construction in the southeastern suburbs of Panmure, Pakuranga and Botany, in Auckland. Stage two of the Eastern Busway between Panmure and Pakuranga was opened in December 2021. Panmure Railway Station, Auckland
Panmure railway station is located on the North Island Main Trunk line in New Zealand. Eastern Line services of the Auckland railway network are the only regular services that stop at the station. The original Panmure Station opened on 16 November 1930, on a site to the south of the current station. The station was relocated to its current site in 2007.
