Pakistan Islands Development Authority
The Pakistan Islands Development Authority ( ur, ); abbreviated as PIDA) is an agency of federal government of Pakistan responsible for Pakistan Islands located in Arabian Sea along with the Sindh and Balochistan coastal belt. Formation Pakistan Islands Development Authority formulated via Presidential ordinance on 2 September 2020 and after a month later it came in news. The 'Pakistan Island Development Authority Ordinance 2020' on the website of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs was issued on the 2nd of last month and the 25-page ordinance provides for the development of islands off the coasts of Balochistan and Sindh. The Pakistan Island Development Authority has been set up. Its first and current chairman is Mr. Imran Amin. Emblem Of Pakistan
The state emblem of Pakistan was adopted in 1954 and symbolizes Pakistan's ideological foundation, the basis of its economy, its cultural heritage and its guiding principles. Design The four components of the emblem are a crescent and star crest above a shield, which is surrounded by a wreath, below which is a scroll. The crest and the green colour of the emblem are traditional symbols of Islam. The quartered shield in the centre shows cotton, wheat, tea and jute, which were the major crops of Pakistan at independence and are shown in a form of shield and signify as the main agricultural base for the importance of the Nation's economy. The floral wreath, surrounding the shield, is '' Jasminum officinale'' (the national flower) and represents the floral designs used in traditional Mughal art and emphasizes the cultural heritage of Pakistan. Bundal Island ( ur, جزیرہ بھنڈار}) ( sd, ڀنڍار ٻيٽ ) is a small island located in the Arabian Sea off the coast of Karachi, Sindh. It is an inhabited island on which an old Sufi Saint, Yousuf Shah's shrine is also present. Yusuf Shah On the island lies the tomb of the Sufi saint Yusuf Shah. The annual urs of Yusuf Shah attract thousands of coastal people to the island. Churna and Buddo Islands are also located near Bundal Island.
