Përparim Hetemaj
Përparim Hetemaj (born 12 December 1986) is a Finnish professional Association football, footballer who plays as a midfielder for Veikkausliiga club Helsingin Jalkapalloklubi, HJK. Born in modern-day Kosovo, Hetemaj arrived in Finland when he was 6 years old and played for HJK Helsinki, HJK's youth teams; signing a professional contract in 2004 at age 17. He joined Greek side AEK Athens F.C., AEK Athens in 2006, and moved to FC Twente, Twente in 2009. Subsequently, in 2010, he was signed by Brescia Calcio, Brescia and was transferred to A.C. ChievoVerona, Chievo in 2011. Hetemaj played 300 matches in the Serie A before returning to Finland in 2022 after a season with Reggina Calcio, Reggina in the Serie B. Skenderaj
Skenderaj ( sq-definite, Skënderaj or ''Skënderaji'') or Srbica ( sr-Cyrl, Србица) is a town and municipality located in the Mitrovica District of Kosovo. According to the 2011 census, the town of Skënderaj has 9,372 inhabitants, while the municipality has 50,858 inhabitants. It is the largest city in the Drenica geographical region of Kosovo. The 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification UEFA Group I was one of the nine UEFA groups for 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification. The group consisted of six teams: Croatia, Iceland, Ukraine, Turkey, Finland, and Kosovo. The draw for the first round (group stage) was held as part of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Preliminary Draw on 25 July 2015, starting 18:00 MSK (UTC+3), at the Konstantinovsky Palace in Strelna, Saint Petersburg, Russia.
