Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan ("Environmental Princess of Indonesia") is a beauty pageant title organized by Puteri Indonesia Organization. Until 2022, it was established that the titleholder of Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan was to be sent to the Miss International pageant. Starting 2024, the titleholder of Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan will compete in an international beauty pageant that is decided by the Puteri Indonesia organization after Puteri Indonesia competition ends. The options include Miss International, Miss Supranational, Miss Charm, and Miss Cosmo. Puteri Indonesia ( jv, ( Hanacaraka) ꦦꦸꦠꦺꦫꦶꦆꦤ꧀ꦢꦺꦴꦤꦺꦱ; 'Princess of Indonesia') is a national beauty pageant in Indonesia that selects the winners to represent the country in two of the Big Four major international beauty pageants; namely Miss Universe and Miss International. The pageant also selects representative for Miss Supranational pageant. Puteri Indonesia is traditionally held in March, alongside the celebration of International Women's Day. The titleholder is Laksmi Shari De-Neefe Suardana of Bali who was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2022 on 27 May 2022 at Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta, Indonesia. Puteri Indonesia 2014, the 18th Annual Puteri Indonesia beauty pageant, was held in Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta, Indonesia on January 29, 2014. Thirty eight contestants from all 33 provinces of Indonesia competed for the title of Puteri Indonesia, one of the most prominent beauty pageant titles in the country. Puteri Indonesia 2016, the 20th Puteri Indonesia pageant, was held on February 19, 2016 at Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta, Indonesia. Miss International 2017, the 57th Miss International pageant, was held on November 14, 2017 at Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo, Japan. Kylie Verzosa of the Philippines crowned her successor Kevin Lilliana of Indonesia at the end of the event.
