Puggsy
''Puggsy'' is a 1993 puzzle-platform game developed by Traveller's Tales and released by Psygnosis on the Mega Drive and Mega-CD consoles, as well as the Amiga home computer. ''Puggsy'' is the name of the title character, an orange space hopper–like alien who landed his spaceship on The Planet, intending to return home until his spaceship was stolen by the raccoon natives of the planet. Gameplay The gameplay is mostly a cross between a normal platform game, with the usual style of platformer enemies and a variety of means to kill them, and a puzzle game of sorts where Puggsy is often required to find objects, and either carry them to a specific location or somehow use them in order to complete levels. Jon Burton
Jon Burton is a British video game director, designer, writer, and programmer. He is the founder of development studio Traveller's Tales and its parent company TT Games. Burton founded Traveller's Tales in 1989. He worked as a designer on ''Puggsy'', ''Mickey Mania'', ''Sonic 3D Blast'' and the ''Lego Star Wars'' series, and has served as programmer for many of their early games. He has received five British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards. Career Burton founded Traveller's Tales in late 1989 and served as creative director of the games. Traveller's Tales
Traveller's Tales is a British video game developer and a subsidiary of TT Games. Traveller's Tales was founded in 1989 by Jon Burton and Andy Ingram. Initially a small company focused on its own content, it grew in profile through developing games with larger companies such as Sega and Disney Interactive Studios. Tim Wright (Welsh Musician)
Tim Wright, alias CoLD SToRAGE, is a Welsh video game music composer most known for his work in video game soundtracks such as ''Shadow of the Beast II'', ''Agony'', ''Lemmings'', '' Wipeout'' and ''Colony Wars''. His first commercial works were created using the Amiga in the early 1990s and featured in computer games published by Psygnosis. Wright left Sony in 1997 to form Jester Interactive with the key goal of developing music creation software for home consoles. In his role as creative director at Jester, he designed ''Music'' and ''Music 2000'' for the PlayStation and MTV, along with ''Music Generator'' and ''Music 3000'' for the PlayStation 2 before leaving along with his brothers to form Checkmate Solutions Limited. Krisalis Software Limited was a British video game developer and publisher founded by Tony Kavanagh, Peter Harrap, and Shaun Hollingworth in 1987 under the name Teque Software Development Limited as a subsidiary label (beginning in 1988) until the official company name was changed to Krisalis Software in 1991.
