Anita Kelsey
Anita Kelsey is an English singer and songwriter whose vocals and top lines are featured on many hit dance records and feature films. Her voice has appeared as backup vocals for artists such as Kings of Leon, the Good, the Bad & the Queen, Razorlight, Boy George and the Spice Girls, as the featured vocalist on big screen productions such as '' Dark City'', and more recently as the singer and songwriter for a series of successful dance projects. Since 2009 she has worked as a cat behaviour consultant. Music career Kelsey appeared on the dance scene in 1997. She won the UK's MOBO Award for her first album on Dorado Records with UK garage musician Sunship. The Space Brothers are a British trance music duo comprising Richard 'Ricky' Louis Simmonds and Stephen Christopher Jones, noted for producing under a variety of pseudonyms such as Chakra, Lustral, Ascension, Essence, Ultra High, Lamai and The Realm. Career Their debut production "Stay with Me" (released as Ultra High) garnered club interest and reached number 36 on the UK Singles Chart in December 1995. Whereas "Stay with Me" epitomised the hardbag sound, their next release "I Am" (as Chakra) was to showcase a darker, ethereal and more progressive trance based sound. "I Am" caught the ears of Sasha and John Digweed (the latter of whom submitted a remix of the track alongside Nick Muir in their Bedrock guise). Andy Moor (born Andrew Beardmore; 16 January 1980) is an English trance DJ, producer and remixer. He used multiple aliases in the past and was part of many other acts such as Tilt, Whiteroom, Leama & Moor, and Zoo DJs. Kate Cameron
Kate Cameron is an English house and trance music singer with a rich alto voice. She signed with MCA in the dance/pop group GMT in 1991, releasing "Feel So Good" and "Inner City Blues" before they were dropped in 1993. Cameron then worked as a session singer, coming to prominence via her involvement with Norman Cook as the vocalist on his Pizza Man single, "P.A.S.S.I.O.N." which went on to be a hit for Jon of the Pleased Wimmin, peaking at number 27 on the UK chart in 1995. Progressive Trance
Trance is a genre of electronic dance music that emerged from the British new-age music scene and the early 1990s German techno and hardcore scenes. Trance music is characterized by a tempo generally lying between 135–150 beats per minute (BPM), repeating melodic phrases and a musical form that distinctly builds tension and elements throughout a track often culminating in 1 to 2 "peaks" or "drops".
